Brenda Saxe, Clinical Supervisor
Dr. Saxe, a clinical psychologist, is a founding member and Clinical Director of the Centre for Treatment of Sexual Abuse and Childhood Trauma in Ottawa. She is also a Clinical Professor at the University of Ottawa, and was a lecturer, trainer and supervisor in the Marital/Couple Therapy Program at Saint Paul University for 12 years. As well, she has a busy private practice dealing with a wide range of issues. Brenda has been with the OPC for the past seven years. Sharon York, Lead Counsellor
Sharon has a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies (Group & Family) from Saint Paul University. She has been at OPC for 17 years working extensively with groups, families, couples and individuals. She has had ongoing training in addiction, depression, childhood trauma, and crisis intervention. She has extensive experience working with young adults in her job as a Counsellor in the Dept. of Health and Counselling Services at Carleton University. Sharon is a Certified Member of the Canadian Counselling Association.
Alexa Delroy, Psychotherapist
Alexa graduated from Saint Paul University in 1995 and began a second career as a psychotherapist. Mother of five grown children, she has experienced many of the challenges within her own family as are presented by those she serves. Alexa has extensive clinical experience and has specialized training in family of origin issues, midlife crisis, trauma, addiction, separation and divorce, and grief and bereavement. She is an experienced Voice Dialogue facilitator and has trained with Hal and Sidra Stone, founders of Voice Dialogue International. Alexa is a Clinical Member of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists.
Wanda Dillabough, Psychotherapist
Wanda is a Clinical Member of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists. Since she graduated from Saint Paul University in 1994 with an MA in Pastoral Studies (Individual Counselling). Wanda has completed an eight-month practicum in couple and family therapy, a certificate in addiction studies, training in EMDR for the treatment of trauma, Levels 1 and 2 in Voice Dialogue Facilitation, as well as ongoing learning in depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, addiction and group facilitation. Wanda's work is deeply rooted in process thought and the psychology of the aware ego.
Judith K. Brooks, Psychotherapist
The newest member at OPC, Judith has an M.A. in Spirituality and Counselling from St. Paul University. During the past seven years, she has interned as a therapist and group facilitator at OPC, worked as a clinical associate at the Glebe Institute and ran her own private practice. As a co-facilitator of the New Directions program at the Catholic Family Services, Judith has worked with men charged with abusing their partners. She is a certified member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and a member of the Voice Dialogue practice group.

Rev. Canon Dr. William Prentice is Acting Director of the OPC and provides administrative and organizational leadership to the ministry
